I'm Ali, the founder of Kindplace Co.

For over a decade, I worked in program management, environmental initiatives, and supply chain operations—helping organizations run smarter and more efficiently from the outside in. But what stood out most during those years wasn’t just the projects I managed—it was the culture I experienced from within.

Across sectors and team sizes, I saw how deeply employee experience impacts both individual wellbeing and business success. I also saw how easily culture efforts can fall by the wayside when resources are tight or priorities shift.
